Today, CERN is holding a public event to present their findings about the Hadron Collider to the public. They are streaming the event live and after someone pointed it out in my Twitter stream, I had to check it out. Apparently, the most ground breaking scientific findings of the past century, are best communicated in Comic Sans font.
You know, from now on, if anyone makes fun of your unironic use of this font, just point them to this screen capture. If bad ass physicists consider Comic Sans worthy of use, then it should be enough for an office party invitation. That, or the scientists at Cern are hipsters in disguise toying with us.
